Ceramic Roll
WHAT'S CERAMIC ROLL
What is a ceramic roll?
What is a ceramic roll?
The ceramic rolls we manufacture are used to process and polish the printed circuit boards built into mobile phones, personal computers, digital cameras, etc.

This is the latest polishing material with grinding power and precision grinding surface that far surpasses that of the nonwoven fabric rolls that have traditionally been used for polishing printed circuit boards.

Currently, it is not only used for polishing printed circuit boards, but also in a variety of other applications.
FEATURES
Features of ceramic rolls
Compared to conventional abrasive materials, ceramic rolls have the following advantages:
Incredible grinding power
Higher line speed
No hole sagging due to polishing
The roughness of the polished surface remains constant throughout
No large grinding debris is produced, and small diameter holes are less likely to become clogged.
PURPOSE
Applications of ceramic rolls
Ceramic rolls are used for the following:

Printed board

Printed circuit boards are used in the following cases:
■ Removal of hole-filling ink (UV, heat curing, metal paste)
It polishes large protrusions and hard ink with a powerful grinding force not found in conventional rolls. Regardless of the size of the holes, there is absolutely no sagging and the ink surface is finished flat. It is also effective for polishing metal paste.

■ Deburring and polishing after drilling
■ Removing roughness and leveling after plating
■ Removal of prepreg resin after pressing IVH board
■ Resin leveling for build-up resin boards and resin-coated boards
■ Leveling of plating height for active substrates and plated bumps
The protrusions on the plated surface are removed and the substrate surface is leveled to a uniform height. This allows for the formation of fine line patterns without dragging the copper due to polishing.

Stainless steel intermediate plate

Stainless steel intermediate plates are used in the following cases:
■ Removal of resin adhering to the surface
■ Reduce scratches and remove burrs caused by scratches

Clutch plates and other automotive parts

As an automotive part, it is used for clutch plates and in the following cases.
■ Deburring and polishing after pressing
■ Specified surface roughness finish
This removes burrs from clutch plates and other pressed automotive and metal parts, finishing them to the specified surface roughness. The roll has a long life and excellent stability of quality.

Ceramic substrates, setter plates

Ceramic substrates and setter plates are used in the following cases:
■ Removing dust from ceramic substrates
■ Deburring after laser drilling
■ Removal of powder adhering to the setter plate (dry type)
